Our trip to Copenhagen was mostly for work. Most days were spent in meetings, moving between buildings, sticking to a schedule. But the bits I noticed the most were the in-between moments.

The city feels functional in the best way - people cycling because it's practical, not because it's part of an image. Even in the pouring rain it feels calm and lived in rather than grey or closed off.

There's no better antidote to a full day of meetings than an evening stroll through Tivoli Gardens to kick off another full night of beer. One of my favourite things about the city is how casual and sociable it feels, without being flashy or loud.

This scent takes its lead from that experience - clean, structured and understated with a warmth sitting just underneath.
