Italy was unforgettable. We started in Rome and headed to Naples before boarding the famously chaotic Circumvesuviana to Sorrento — you know, the rickety one covered in graffiti. Amid the chaos came magical views of the Amalfi Coast.

Rome brought its own kind of chaos too — I’d love to say more about our trip to the Vatican, but that was scuppered by a particularly challenging hangover. By the time we reached the coast, it all felt like a fever dream of lemon trees, impossibly steep cliffside roads, and conversations shouted over the hum of scooters.

The energy there is infectious — loud, warm and truly alive. Positano captures a little of that zest with its blend of lemon, neroli and fig.
